Masood Suliman

Masood works with adults carrying complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship strain. His approach is body-aware and paced: stability and trust first, deeper processing only when you’re ready.
- MA, Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University); BA Hons, Psychology (Carleton)
- EMDR-trained, with advanced training in EMDR for complex PTSD and the Four-Blink Flash Technique; member of EMDR Canada and EMDRIA
- Ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing; DBT-informed; trained in parts work (IFS)

Maiah Horne
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), CRPO #19073
Maiah works with adults and older teens (16+) navigating anxiety, ADHD, past trauma, life transitions, burnout, and relationship stress. She brings curiosity, warmth, and gentle humour, with zero judgment.

Practical details
- In person at 9 Melrose Ave, Hintonburg, Ottawa, and online across Ontario. No referral needed.
- Free 15-minute consultation before anything else.
- You pay per session and receive a receipt with your therapist’s CRPO registration number to claim through your extended health plan. Most Ontario plans cover Registered Psychotherapists; for sessions with Maiah, confirm your plan also covers the Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) category, as a few insurers treat it differently. No direct billing.
